Apparently, Wolf owners love their ranges, ovens and cooktops! Today, they ranked Wolf #1 in the 2010 J.D. Power Home Appliance Customer Satisfaction Study in such attributes as Ease of use, Performance and Reliability, Styling and Feel, Features, and Warranty.

This comes as no surprise to those who’ve had the privilege of owning or reviewing (or in my lucky case, both) Wolf products. Not only are their products well built, and innovative, they have fabulous warranties and some of the best customer service we’ve come across to date. So it’s little wonder why the majority of Wolf owners surveyed expressed their satisfaction with the brand.

This is a great accolade as Wolf celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. While made in the U.S., Wolf Range continues to focus on quality, long lasting reliability and state-of-the-art features, as does its kitchen soul mate Sub-Zero, the preservation specialist.

I like the very quiet fan, the convertability, and the placement and type of lamp it uses. It will automatically speed up the fan if the hood temperature rises – a nice touch.
